Mike McKnight was born 1950 in Newton, Alabama.

Pursuing a call in ministry, he completed his M.Div from Emory University and then spent the next 48 years as a pastor in the Methodist church.

In his free time, he enjoys golfing or doing some yardwork.

Mike is married to the love of his life Rene, and has 3 grown children. Additionally, he is the proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren.
